Interesting things you can lease

Getting extra cash has been what many of us have been chasing for a long while. It feels like, after the blink of an eye, the world has become a lot more expensive. So it comes as no surprise that people are trying to get different modes of income, either passive or active or even both. Leasing items, spaces, or even people, has become how many people get those other ways of income. It isn’t as difficult or complicated as you might think, however, what you choose to lease can come with either more work or less.

The more known things you can lease are cars, rooms, and houses. These things are not something just anybody can go ahead and lease, but in this blog post, we will provide you with a list of items that you may have that you could surely lease.

IPv4 addresses

You wouldn’t know that you could lease IPv4 addresses unless you were into tech news or are in need of or have been in need of it in the past, or maybe witnessed someone who was. A few years ago, the once scarce IPv4 officially became exhausted, and so the transfer market for it picked up even more. Parties can buy and sell IPv4 addresses, but due to how valuable a single address space is, the price for it is quite expensive. This is why people prefer to lease it, as the amount to lease an IPv4 address is a lot lower and the difficulties of buying and selling can be a lot of trouble for some.

Christmas trees

Obviously, we are not talking about real Christmas trees, but fake ones. If you own a non-cheap-looking faux Christmas tree, you can put it up for other people to lease. People can use it for many reasons, perhaps someone needs a fake Christmas tree in the middle of March for a photo shoot, or maybe someone wants to celebrate the holiday early for one reason or another.

Your bike

If you can’t lease your car but you have a bike, you can lease that out instead. Many people can make great use of a bike, and if you aren’t using it as much as you could, why not rent it out?
